2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing and using this website you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

3. What this website is and is not

The site is a presentation: it shows completed work, the services I offer and how I work. It is not an online shop. No orders, payments or contracts are concluded here. Any collaboration starts with a conversation and is agreed separately, through a written quote and contract.

Prices, timelines or examples mentioned in the presentation pages are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, page structure, code, illustrations, photographs, logo and visual identity of this website are protected by Romanian Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights. They belong to me or are used under a right granted by the rights holder.

The work shown in the portfolio was produced for clients. Trademarks, trade names and materials belonging to those clients remain their property and appear here solely as a professional reference. The screenshots of custom-built applications contain fictional data; no real client information is exposed.

You may read, print or save the content for personal use. You may not reproduce, republish, modify or use it commercially without my prior written consent. If you would like to quote a project or a text, write to me: the answer is usually yes, with the source credited.

5. How the website may be used

You agree not to:

  • attempt unauthorised access to the site, the server or associated accounts;
  • introduce harmful code, viruses or automated scripts that load the server;
  • automatically harvest content or e-mail addresses from the site;
  • use the contact form for unsolicited commercial messages, illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.

6. The contact form

The form sends your message to my e-mail address. I use it solely to reply to you. What data is processed, for how long and on what legal basis is set out in the Privacy policy.

The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which analyses on-page behaviour in order to tell humans apart from automated programs. By submitting the form you accept this.

7. Links to other websites

The site links to the projects I have delivered and to third-party websites. I do not control their content and I am not responsible for it. Once you leave radutoma.com, the terms and policies of the site you land on apply.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

I do everything within my control to keep the information accurate and the site permanently available, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance, hosting provider failures or network outages can occur.

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in this paragraph limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor any rights the law grants to consumers.

I may update this document when the site changes or when new legal requirements appear. The applicable version is the one published here, with the update date shown at the top. Please revisit it from time to time.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If a disagreement arises, the first step is to write to me: it is almost always settled amicably.

If you are a consumer, you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) or use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Failing an agreement, the competent courts are the Romanian courts at the registered office of the site operator.
